Jimmy Evans is the host of The Overcoming Life, a daily television program dedicated to seeing people thrive in life and their walk with God. He is also the Founder and CEO of MarriageToday, a ministry based in Dallas, Texas. He serves as the Lead Apostolic Senior Pastor at Gateway Church and holds an Honorary Doctorate of Literature from The Kings University. Jimmy has authored more than fourteen books, among which are his popular works, Marriage on the Rock, Ten Steps Toward Christ, Lifelong Love Affair, When Life Hurts, and his newest book, Strengths Based Marriage. Jimmy and his wife, Karen, have been married for 44 years and have two married children and five grandchildren.
