Often church leaders can project their own spiritual gift, urging everyone in the church to serve as they do. Yet God designed the church with different gifts—evangelists, shepherds, exhorters, servants, etc. Forcing uniformity creates frustration. Instead, leaders should release believers to serve in their unique callings, allowing the whole body to flourish in unity.
